What to Expect

Call the office at 303-304-3932 or submit a message. Tell us the dimensions and what material you would like to use. (Ex. wood, composite, etc..)
We can give you a rough estimate for your project.
If we are close on budget, we will schedule an on-site visit to discuss the ideas for your new outdoor space.
Within 5 business days we will present you with a design and estimate for review. At this point, potential revisions can be discussed.
After you approve the design and cost estimate, a contract will be presented for approval.
We will submit all necessary documentation to the city for a permit and provide a drawing for you to present to your Homeowner's Association for approval if needed.
Construction will begin at the earliest available time slot after a permit is issued and HOA approval is received.
Once construction begins, we communicate regularly through email, text and phone to ensure the work meets our exceptionally high standard for quality workmanship.
During the construction process our project manager will be available for questions.
Once work is completed the manager communicates with you to ensure you are completely satisified.
The balance is due upon completion.
