Deck Pros integrates to make your project visually and structurally exceptional, ensuring it has a long lifespan.
We build decks using treated pine and fir, finished with redwood, cedar, and exotic hardwoods for a strong and beautiful look. We also use composite materials such as TimberTech, Fiberon, Trex and others for a beautiful, lower maintenance option.
We use a metal flashing water barrier between your home and deck. A
rubber membrane deck protector is
used to protect the frame from moisture which causes rot and decay. It improves durability and increases the life
of your deck and patio cover.
We paint the ends of your boards, so your project looks clean and finished throughout your entire deck.
We fasten down the ends of each
board to prevent the board from feathering up from the sun and snow. Your deck will remain even and smooth
in years to come.
We pre-drill our screw holes to prevent mushrooming and bubbling ensuring your deck remains beautiful
throughout its lifespan.

What to Expect
Our Process
- Call the office at 303-304-3932, submit a message, or schedule a meet and greet online. Tell us the dimensions and what material you would like to use. (Ex. wood, composite, etc.)
- We can give you a rough estimate for your project.
- If we are within your budget, we will schedule an on-site visit to discuss ideas for your new outdoor space.
- We will present you with a design and proposal for review.
- Once a contract is signed, we will submit all necessary documentation to the city for a permit and provide a drawing for you to present to your HOA for approval if needed.
- Construction will begin at the earliest available time slot after a permit is issued and HOA approval is received.
- Once construction begins, we communicate regularly to ensure the work meets our exceptionally high standard for quality workmanship.
- During the construction process our project manager will be available for questions.
- Client satisfaction is our ultimate goal!
